Schedules for 24h and 24h Qualifiers 2026 published

08.12.2025

Even before the turn of the year, the organizers of the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring published the schedule for the endurance racing highlight from May 14 to 17, 2026. This allows participants, fans, and teams to start planning for the coming year early on. The program ranges from historic endurance racing to the high-tech GT3 cars in the 24-hour starting field, once again making the weekend a superlative racing festival on the legendary Nordschleife. The detailed schedule for the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers from April 17 to 19, 2026, has also been finalized. The prologue weekend one month before the race of the year offers two four-hour races, which, in addition to preparing for the highlight of the season, also count as the fourth and fifth rounds of the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie  (NLS). The program is enhanced by the second round of the new German Historic Endurance Championship (DHLM). The schedules are now available on our website. The actual 24-hour race will kick off the four-day event in 2026 with the RCN, whose performance test will be held on Thursday morning for the first time on the entire circuit, including the Nordschleife and Grand Prix course. Immediately afterwards, training for the 24-hour race will begin with the first qualifying session in the afternoon. In the evening, the focus will be on the long night qualifying session, which will run until 11:30 p.m. and allow many teams to complete crucial laps in the dark. When the headlights cut through the Eifel night at 8:00 p.m., the fans' campfires will flicker around the Nordschleife – endurance racing romance in perfection. On Friday, the focus will be on the new German Historic Endurance Championship (DHLM): after qualifying on Thursday, it will contest a three-hour race on the full circuit in the afternoon. The legacy of the ADAC 24h Classic, which has been popular for many years, is thus being taken up by an official DMSB championship, whose four races of the season will be held on the entire Nürburgring circuit. It not only continues the tradition of the 24h Classic, but also further enhances the status of historic endurance racing at the Ring. The program on all three days will be complemented by the touring car legends, who will bridge the gap to the touring car era, in which many fans collected their first 24h memories, with qualifying and two races on the Grand Prix circuit. Top qualifying will be even more exciting and transparentFriday morning will be dedicated to the fastest teams in the 24-hour starting field chasing times. The format has been revised for the vehicles in starting group 1, which includes the SP9, SP-X, SP-Pro, and SP11 classes. In the three-stage top qualifying, only the fastest in each session will advance to the next top qualifying. The first two rounds will take place on Friday morning, with the final Top Qualifying 3 session in the early afternoon. It is only in this session that pole position will be awarded. The tried-and-tested multi-stage format will be further refined for 2026 based on previous experience and designed to make it even easier for fans and participants to follow. Details are still being fine-tuned and will be announced separately at a later date. Before pole position is awarded, however, fans can still look forward to the “normal” Qualifying 3, which puts the other teams in the spotlight: the top qualifying cars are not eligible to start in this session. This allows the remaining teams to battle it out for their positions on the starting grid in the second and third starting groups without interference. On Saturday morning, the warm-up on the entire track will take place before the touring car legends kick off the final sporting event with their second race. This will be followed by the starting grid for the 24-hour race, with the formation lap starting at 2:40 p.m. for the race start at 3:00 p.m. ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers with NLS classification and DHLM debutThe ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers will be upgraded in April. Qualifying on Saturday and Sunday morning will open the two race days. The first four-hour race is scheduled for Saturday evening, followed by the second four-hour race on Sunday after top qualifying and the starting grid. Both races will again count towards the ADAC RAVENOL Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS), which will start its 50th season in 2026. The newly integrated DHLM race adds an extra highlight: qualifying on Friday afternoon will be followed on Saturday by the season opener with a three-hour classic race. And the youngest motorsport enthusiasts will once again have a platform: eKart slalom races for young drivers aged 8 and above will take place in the paddock throughout the weekend.

In addition to timekeeping with calibrated measuring technology, official record attempts and attempts to achieve a lap time are always accompanied by a notary. In addition to monitoring the timekeeping, the vehicle is also inspected. TÜV Rheinland checks for standard conformity and documents this. The exact length of the track and the start and finish lines are precisely defined. A full lap of the Nordschleife is driven and measured with a flying start (20.8 kilometers). Inclusive trucker meet-up at the Nürburgring – A day that heals hearts

15.11.2025

Sometimes it's not big words, but big engines that give small souls hope again. And that's exactly what happened this Saturday, when the Nürburgring was transformed into a place where the focus was not on speed, but on humanity. At the third inclusive trucker meet for children from the flood areas in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate, hundreds of people came together with a common goal: to bring smiles, offer comfort, and restore strength. The deep rumbling of engines could be heard from afar—but this time, it aroused excitement rather than fear. Children who had experienced far too much in recent years ran around with wide-eyed amazement between huge trucks, impressive American trucks, and historic fire department and THW vehicles. Standing next to them were proud drivers who turned every engine start into a small personal gift. The Adenau police, the ASB drone squadron from Würzburg, and lovingly maintained Land Rover vehicles showed off their equipment – and at the same time demonstrated that the people behind the uniforms do more than just help: they provide support. The children were allowed to drive go-karts from MSC Adenau, steer remote-controlled racing trucks from the Siegtal Model Truck Friends on the course, and even climb into a real racing car – with a driver who told stories from the pit lane and took the children for a lap around the Grand Prix circuit. The AMG race taxi put smiles on everyone's faces. Amidst all the excitement, the inclusion mascot “Paula” ran around, giving out hugs, high-fives, and a spark of lightheartedness. Colorful works of art were created at the face painting and craft stations, while the rescue dog team from the Rhine-Moselle district touched the children's hearts with their gentle calm. A special gift was the exclusive Nürburgring tour, which took families to places where only racing teams normally have access. Many children walked through the corridors with their mouths open – for a moment, they felt like real racing drivers. It was an astonished silence that said more about this day than any cheers. Lunch was lovingly provided by volunteers and the Maltese from Mellrichstadt – steaming plates, smiling helpers, moments of peace. There was food and drink everywhere, often accompanied by the words: “Help yourself to another one – today is your day.” Then Santa Claus arrived – not on a sleigh, but surrounded by flashing trucks. For many children, this was the most magical moment of the day. But the greatest treasure was something else: time, love, confidence, INCLUSION. True to the motto of Marion Gock, who has been organizing the whole thing since 2023, “Together we are strong.” We live INCLUSION and don't just talk about it. At the end of the day, no one went home unchanged. The children took home memories that are stronger than any flood. The parents felt that they had not been forgotten. And all the helpers left with the feeling of having been part of something truly meaningful. A gathering full of engines – and full of humanity. Photo: Anja Kühn

Job fair once again a lively meeting place for careers and future opportunities

07.11.2025

Two days full of opportunities, encounters, and career prospects: The “Job Fair powered by Nürburgring” has once again demonstrated how attractive a central platform for training and skilled worker placement can be. Around 60 companies – including renowned names such as the German Armed Forces, zeusaudio, Manthey, and numerous businesses from across the region – presented themselves to the many visitors at the ring°arena on November 7 and 8. On Friday in particular, the fair was very popular with school classes from the region. Through cooperation with regional educational institutions, the next generation of trainees was specifically targeted – including subsidies for travel costs from the Nürburgring. Saturday was all about local and regional skilled workers. Overall, the fourth edition of the job fair once again attracted a wide audience, who not only took advantage of the opportunity to talk to potential employers, but also enjoyed the interactive elements of the fair, such as racing simulators and the German Armed Forces' experience zone. “The job fair powered by Nürburgring exemplifies what our ring°arena is all about: a versatile indoor location that offers space for entertainment, business events, and trade fairs alike – and thus successfully brings together a wide variety of events,” explains Nürburgring Managing Director Christian Stephani. "The positive response from exhibitors and visitors in particular shows the potential that lies in such formats. Even though we are continuously developing our portfolio, offerings like this remain important drivers for our strategic direction." Indoor event diversity continues at the NürburgringThe job fair marks the start of the indoor season at the Nürburgring, which has numerous highlights in store until spring 2026. The comedy format NightWash Live (November 15) will follow this coming weekend, and cheerleading and guard dance championships will then transform the ring°arena into a sporting stronghold several times over. At the beginning of January, the International Rhein Shiai, one of the world's largest karate tournaments, will start again, before the Darts am Ring Gala brings an Ally Pally atmosphere to the Eifel in March. The “Job Fair powered by Nürburgring” has thus not only once again proven its importance for career orientation, but also fits seamlessly into a strong and varied indoor program that underscores the appeal of the Nürburgring beyond the motorsport season. Winter is going to be hot again: DNLS kicks off on December 6

31.10.2025

Race-free time? In the ADAC Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, a foreign word – and that’s exactly why the new season of the DNLS starts on December 6th. The virtual format of the traditional Nordschleife championship again includes four races in the 2025/2026 winter season, each over a distance of three hours. The Digitale Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie stands for the same values as its real counterpart: top-class multiclass racing on the most beautiful and demanding racetrack in the world. And because standing at the track in the winter months would really be too cold, the virtual spectacle from the Green Hell is available via livestream on your home screen – fans just need to provide snacks and hot drinks themselves to enjoy the races. The DNLS has established itself as a fixed feature after six seasons – not only in the calendars of numerous teams and drivers from real motorsport, but also in the sim racing scene. The images that the world-leading racing simulation iRacing produces are spectacular, and there are camera perspectives that are hardly possible in reality. The elaborately produced livestream and commentary by NLS commentators set benchmarks in the virtual racing world. For the drivers, sim racing is long more than just a pastime, and even Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen, who debuted in the DNLS 23/24 and this year competed and won his first real race on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, sees the simulation as a perfect complement to real racing. “Every kilometer is a racing kilometer, whether in reality on the Nordschleife or in the simulation,” says Nürburgring chief instructor Andreas Gülden, who is now at home in both worlds and will again compete in the DNLS winter season with Team Nürburgring eSports. “When I accompanied Max on the way to his DPN, we also talked about sim racing. You could tell how seriously he takes virtual driving.” Drivers like Gülden play an important role in the DNLS, because in the GT3 class SP9 it is mandatory that at least one pilot from real racing participates. They usually share the cockpit with dedicated sim racing professionals and engage in exciting fights during the races. In the 2024/2025 season, drivers such as Mirko Bortolotti, Tim Heinemann, and Elias Seppänen were in action. Champion in SP9 was none other than Truck Racing European Champion Norbi Kiss. In addition to the GT3 cars, the other classes also offer spectacular racing, above all Cup 2 of the Porsche Esports Endurance Trophy Nürburgring. In the last DNLS season, Raphael Rennhofer finished on top here – he competed in ADAC GT4 Germany in 2024. The Austrian piloted the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup of SCHERER eSPORTS. There are also two further classes: SP10 with GT4 cars from Aston Martin, BMW, and Mercedes-AMG, as well as SP3T with Renault Clio. The season opener of Season 7 of the DNLS is on December 6th, 2025. Races follow on December 20th, 2025, and on February 21st and 28th, 2026. Registration will begin shortly. Before the ‘big’ DNLS literally gets underway again, the final of the Community Cup will take place on November 14th. All information is available at vln.de/dnls.

Further information on the individual events is available at nuerburgring.de. Karate: International Rhein Shiai | January 9 to 11, 2026For years, they have been kicking off the Nürburgring event calendar: the karateka of the International Rhein Shiai. Around 1,000 athletes from all over the world now traditionally come to the Ring for the karate competition shortly after the turn of the year. This makes the event one of the largest karate tournaments in the world. For the sixth time, young and adult athletes will compete for an entire weekend in the ring°arena. If you would like to watch the fighters in action, tickets are already available for €10 at nuerburgring.de. Darts at the Ring Gala | March 28, 2026“One hundred and eightyyyy” will once again echo through the ring°arena at the end of March. A selection of the world's most famous darts players will compete for the day's victory at the Darts Gala at the Nürburgring. In the past, world champions such as Michael van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price, and Michael Smith have taken part. Even though it is not yet clear who will be coming to the Ring next year, they are guaranteed to be celebrated again by frenetic fans of the flying darts. Thousands of them will flock to the Nürburgring again in March 2026 in creative costumes and in high spirits. Ticket sales will start shortly.
